Job summary

W3Global is seeking an experienced Healthcare Applications Analyst to support Epic Beaker, MLAB, WellSky, and Diagnostic Imaging (DI) workflows. The role targets senior analysts with laboratory and diagnostic systems expertise, capable of configuring, testing, and supporting complex LIS environments.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with pathologists, radiologists, and IT teams to ensure seamless data flow and robust production support across laboratory and imaging domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 5+ years healthcare IT / LIS / applications experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Epic Beaker and/or LIS systems.
• Experience with MLAB and WellSky highly preferred.
• Experience with Diagnostic Imaging applications/workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze clinical and business requirements into application solutions.
• Configure, maintain, test, and support Epic Beaker, MLAB, WellSky, and DI apps.
• Support lab, pathology, microbiology, blood bank, and imaging workflows.
• Collaborate with clinicians, radiologists, and IT teams.
• Troubleshoot interfaces, workflows, and production issues.
• Participate in upgrades, deployments, and optimization initiatives.
• Develop and execute test plans and validation activities.
• Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
