Job summary

Trillium Health Partners seeks an Epic Senior Advisor to support, optimize, and maintain the Epic Health Information System across CSI. The role requires SME-level Epic certs and hands-on experience with Grand Central, Cadence, and MyChart to enhance clinical workflows and user experiences.

You will work under the CSI Applications manager, collaborating with clinical teams and business partners to implement features, resolve issues, and support ongoing Epic projects, with on-call duties as

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, or related field.
Minimum two years hospital clinical or HIS experience.
4+ years configuring and supporting Epic in a healthcare setting.
Strong background in EHR support, implementation, and optimization.
ITIL certification and ServiceNow experience are assets.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and implement Epic applications aligned with hospital workflows.
Act as SME with deep Epic knowledge and multiple Epic certifications.
Analyze operational needs to configure Epic systems and inform workflow decisions.
Assist in customizing, testing, and deploying new Epic features and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting clinical users and workflows.
Collaborate with training to develop end-user guidance and tip sheets.
Attend regular team meetings and participate in on-call rotation.
