Job summary

Infotek Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced EpicCare Ambulatory Analyst to join Project AMP on a 1-year contract with a high potential for extension.

You will support implementation, optimization, configuration, testing, and stabilization of EpicCare Ambulatory applications, coordinating with clinical, operational, technical, and project teams to enhance scheduling workflows and patient care. You will design ambulatory workflows, integrate Epic Cadence scheduling, and ensure quality

Qualifications

• Experience implementing EpicCare Ambulatory applications.
• Strong knowledge of Epic workflows and patient scheduling.
• Experience with test planning and go-live activities.
• Ability to collaborate with clinical and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure, build, and maintain EpicCare Ambulatory functionality to support clinical workflows.
• Design and optimize provider documentation, orders, and ambulatory workflows.
• Configure integrations between EpicCare Ambulatory and Epic Cadence scheduling.
• Analyze current-state workflows and recommend improvements for provider efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operational leaders, and project teams to gather requirements.
• Support system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and go-live activities.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
• Develop build documentation, workflow diagrams, and testing scripts.
• Participate in change management and end-user support activities.
• Ensure builds align with Epic best practices and project objectives.
