Job summary

Trillium Health Partners (THP) seeks an Epic Connect Senior Advisor – MyChart Applications to lead design, implementation, optimization, and support of MyChart for Epic Connect partners. You will act as a subject matter expert for Epic's patient-facing digital engagement tool MyChart and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience supporting Epic MyChart in a healthcare environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing and supporting Epic Connect partners or multi-organization Epic environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex Epic implementations from design through go-live and optimization.
• Experience configuring and supporting: MyChart, Welcome, Fast Pass, eCheck-In, Open Scheduling, Appointment Reminders, Secure Messaging, Proxy Access, Online Payment workflows, Questionnaires and Forms.
• Experience supporting integrated workflows across clinical, registration, scheduling, and revenue cycle applications.
• Experience with workflow validation, integrated testing, issue triage, and production support.
• Experience working directly with healthcare executives, operational leaders, physicians, and clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, testing, implementation, and optimization of MyChart and related patient engagement applications for Epic Connect partners.
• Act as the primary advisor for all Epic Connect patient-facing digital health initiatives.
• Provide strategic consultation on patient engagement workflows, adoption strategies, and digital transformation opportunities.
• Support the onboarding of new Epic Connect organizations through discovery, workflow design, validation, and implementation activities.
• Collaborate with Executive and Business leaders to align MyChart functionality with organizational priorities and patient experience goals.
• Design and configure MyChart functionality to support patient access, communications, scheduling, registration, pre-visit preparation, results review, billing, and virtual care workflows.
• Lead application build activities, including requirements gathering, workflow analysis, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Assess new Epic releases and enhancement opportunities and recommend adoption strategies.
• Support integration of MyChart with related Epic applications, including Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Ambulatory, Orders, Healthy Planet, and Revenue Cycle workflows.
• Execute comprehensive testing strategies, including integrated testing, user acceptance testing, and upgrade validation.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for complex MyChart issues affecting Epic Connect partners.
• Work directly with partner organizations to understand operational needs and translate requirements into system solutions.
• Provide proactive consultation on optimization opportunities and best practices.
• Support governance processes, enhancement reviews, change management activities, and roadmap planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, clinical leaders, operational teams, and technical resources.
