Jarlette Health Services is seeking an Operations Assistant for its Long-Term Care division. This on-site role supports the division with administrative tasks, coordinating processes, records, and meetings to help multiple homes operate efficiently and in compliance.
The incumbent will work under the Director of Long-Term Care Operations, engaging with regional teams, ensuring documentation is current, and contributing to continuous improvement across Ontario-based facilities.

Reporting to the Director of Long-Term Care Operations, the Operations Assistant provides primary comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Long-Term Care Division. The role provides administrative and coordination support to the Long-Term Care Operations division. The role supports divisional leadership, home-facing processes, regulatory and operational reporting, contracts, meetings, surveys, records, onboarding and quality/compliance activities to help the division and its homes operate consistently and meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
