Job summary

Delmanor Northtown is seeking an Environmental/Maintenance Assistant to support the upkeep of our residences in Toronto. You will help maintain appearances, ensure cleanliness and safety, and perform basic repairs under supervision.

Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and evenings, is valued. Prior experience is an asset but not required, and the role offers an hourly rate of CAD 19.44.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of commercial and/or residential maintenance.
• One year’s experience as an environmental/maintenance assistant is an asset but not required.
• Flexibility in scheduling, potentially including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the appearance and upkeep of Delmanor residences.
• Ensure the property is clean and safe from hazards.
• Make basic repairs and report more serious issues to the Environmental Services Manager.
