Job summary

Delmanor Senior Communities in Richmond Hill is seeking a maintenance assistant to help maintain the appearance and upkeep of our residences. The role focuses on keeping the property clean and safe from hazards and performing basic repairs.

You'll report more serious issues to the Environmental Services Manager and may work weekends or evenings. The position offers an hourly rate of $19.44 in Canadian dollars, with flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of commercial and/or residential maintenance.
• One year’s experience as an environmental/maintenance assistant is an asset but not required.
• Flexibility in scheduling, potentially including weekends and evenings.
