Job summary

Delmanor in Toronto is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our residences looking their best and safe. You’ll assist with appearances, cleaning, and hazard prevention in common areas, and report more serious issues to the Environmental Services Manager.

This role supports the ongoing upkeep of our properties and requires attention to detail and reliability. Basic repair tasks may be required, and a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial or residential maintenance.
• Experience as environmental/maintenance assistant is an asset.
• Flexibility in scheduling including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and upkeep of Delmanor residences.
• Ensure the property is clean and safe from hazards.
• Make basic repairs and report more serious issues to the Environmental Services Manager.
