Job summary

Delmanor is seeking a housekeeping professional in Canada to maintain cleanliness and comfort in resident spaces and common areas. You will perform cleaning, laundry, and routine servicing across the facility, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.

Experience in retirement or long-term care is an asset, with CPR/First Aid knowledge also advantageous. The role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and the ability to handle shift work including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in housekeeping.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team.

• Ensure all assigned areas are clean and tasks completed in a timely manner.
• Service resident suites, common, and office areas.

What you bring

• 1-2 years’ experience in housekeeping


• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

• Previous experience in a Retirement or long-term care community is an asset


• Knowledge of W.H.M.I.S. principles and a certificate in CPR/First Aid is an asset


• The flexibility to accommodate shift work as well as weekends.

Hours of work: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday

Hourly rate: $18.41
