Job summary

Delmanor Elgin Mills in Richmond Hill is seeking an Environmental/Maintenance Assistant to help maintain the appearance and upkeep of our residences. You will ensure the property is clean and safe from hazards and perform basic repairs, reporting more serious issues to the Environmental Services Manager.

Ideal candidates have some knowledge of commercial or residential maintenance, with one year’s experience as an environmental/maintenance assistant being an asset but not required, and
