Job summary

Delmanor Senior Communities in Toronto is seeking a Maintenance Environmental Assistant to help maintain the appearance and upkeep of Delmanor residences and keep properties clean and hazard-free.

The role involves basic repairs and reporting serious issues to the Environmental Services Manager; scheduling may include weekends and evenings, with an hourly rate of CAD 19.44.

Qualifications

• Some knowledge of commercial and/or residential maintenance.
• One year’s experience as an environmental/maintenance assistant is an asset but not required.
• Flexibility in scheduling, potentially including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain the appearance and upkeep of Delmanor residences.
• Ensure the property is clean and safe from hazards.
• Make basic repairs and report more serious issues to the Environmental Services Manager.
