Qualifications

• Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, C++, or similar).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to prototype or troubleshoot.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client discovery to understand objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Design and validate technical solution approaches across IBM technology stack.
• Build demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops to show value.
• Translate technical concepts into business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Support adoption by defining use cases and removing deployment barriers.
• Collaborate with sales, technical specialists and partners to advance opportunities.
• Contribute ideas and best practices to accelerate client success and solution adoption.
• Present findings and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
