You will translate technical concepts into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and help drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

The role combines technical problem-solving, customer engagement, and business consulting to build a career in technical sales and solution consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field by start date.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud computing, software, AI, automation, data, or cybersecurity.
• Experience with at least one programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++).
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to prototype or troubleshoot.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client discovery sessions to understand objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
• Design and validate technical solution approaches addressing customer challenges.
• Build and deliver demonstrations, proofs of concept, and workshops.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
• Support customer adoption and measure value from IBM solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, technical specialists, customer success teams, and partners.
• Contribute ideas and best practices to accelerate client success.
• Present technical findings and next steps to business and technical audiences.
