Qualifications

• Education: Completed post-secondary education such as Chemical Technology, Environmental Technology, Process Controls Technician, etc.
• Preference for candidates with relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical problem solving and decision making.
• Ability to think outside of the box and continually seek improvement opportunities.
• Display initiative and work flexibility.
• Must work well within a team and with minimal supervision.
• Must be medically fit and physically capable of manual labour.
• Lake Utopia Paper is a 24/7 operation – shift work will be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift relief for production employees and other related duties of the Spare Utility position.
• Perform general labour duties including clean-up and material handling.
