Aventas is an omni-channel marketing agency that has collaborated with brands like Telus, Rogers, Bell, RBC, and BMO. We help brands unleash their unique point of view through face-to-face sales and marketing.

We are hunting for an Entry Level Sales Representative! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fun and dynamic environment with opportunities to learn and grow. No extensive experience required as full training will be provided, and every candidate will be paired with a seasoned Field Manager for 6 weeks.

The perfect candidate is a motivated self-starter with outstanding communication skills and an outgoing personality. Responsibilities include sourcing new sales opportunities, guiding customers through our sales cycle, and utilizing our CRM system.
