We are seeking entry-level benefits specialists responsible for explaining clients' entitled benefits through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or sales, work well in a team, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills
2. Build and maintain client relationships
3. Engage with clients via phone and Zoom to explain our benefits
4. Complete documentation promptly to meet company standards
5. Proficiency with Zoom platform

Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience
2. High school diploma
3. Experience working in team environments or leadership roles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Experience with Zoom platform
