What You'll Do as a Telus Sales Representative :

  • Use technology to improve customer experiences
  • Connect with customers
  • Grow the customer base using the provided leads from our client Telus
  • Work with customers face-to-face to address their needs and offer solutions
  • Address customer concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Stay updated on product offerings and discuss available choices
  • Understand customer needs and provide product details
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while achieving consistent sales targets

What You Bring to the Team :

  • 1-2 years of sales support, hospitality, or customer service experience is an asset.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly.
