Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Support : Assist with inbound customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions based on customer needs to drive sales.
• Customer Service : Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with potential customers and introducing them to our offerings.
