You will learn to connect top technology professionals with leading companies while building lasting client relationships, developing sales, recruiting, negotiation, and business development skills.

No prior recruiting experience is required; you will receive hands-on coaching, mentorship, and access to structured onboarding and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or graduating soon; or 1–2 years in Business Development or Sales.
• Internship, campus leadership, athletics, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or sales experience is a plus—but not required.
• Military experience is also highly valued.

This position is HYBRID and will be based in Toronto. You will be required to work in the office 4 days a week. You do NOT need previous recruiting experience to be successful here.

You'll learn to manage both the recruiting and sales sides of the business. Every day is different, and you'll gain experience in:

• Building relationships with technology professionals and business leaders.
• Identifying and recruiting top talent for exciting career opportunities.
• Developing new client partnerships through business development and networking.
• Matching candidates with companies where they can thrive.
• Guiding candidates and clients through the interview and hiring process.
• Attending networking events, including our Tech in Motion community events.
• Learning from experienced recruiters and sales leaders through hands‑on coaching and mentorship.
• Growing your own book of business with the support of an experienced local team.
