Larlyn Property Management Ltd. in Edmonton is looking for a Junior Property Manager to join our team. This role is designed for someone who wants to enter property management without years of industry experience, with on‑the‑job training and licensing support.

You'll work with experienced managers, communicate with residents and contractors, coordinate maintenance, and help prepare reports. We value organization, reliability, and clear communication, with a path to becoming a licensed Property

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in administration, customer service, office coordination, or a similar role
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in person
• Ability to work with residents, owners, boards, and contractors
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for site visits

Responsibilities

• Communicate with residents, owners, condominium boards, and contractors
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up on outstanding items
• Help prepare reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and property documentation
• Support day-to-day condominium and property operations
• Attend site visits and gain exposure to different communities
• Learn processes involved in managing your own portfolio
• Take on more responsibility as experience and licensing progress
