Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Inspector in Delta, BC. You will assist in routine inspections, testing, service, and preventive maintenance on electrical and life-safety product lines, including related systems from competitive manufacturers.

You will work with low voltage wiring, complete service acknowledgements, and maintain a structured inspection schedule. Night shifts may be required; a High School Diploma is required, and a valid driving record is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required and ability to pass criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a valid Class 5 driving record.
• Accommodate night shifts upon business request.

Responsibilities

• Assist in routine inspections and testing of electrical and life-safety product lines.
• Perform service and preventative maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Work with low voltage wiring and related devices.
• Complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding using laptops or paper records.
• Maintain a structured inspection schedule and archive documents.
• Complete inspections on time and assist with minor repairs.
