As an Entry-Level Event Coordinator, you will assist in the end-to-end execution of marketing events — from setup and logistics to customer interaction and post-event analysis. This is an exciting, on-site position ideal for a recent graduate or someone looking to break into the marketing and events industry through hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organising and coordinating marketing events and brand activations
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown at various venues across Toronto
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth event delivery
• Interact with attendees to promote products/services and capture feedback
• Monitor inventory of event materials and ensure branding consistency
• Help with scheduling, venue coordination, and vendor communication
• Collect data and prepare basic post-event performance summaries
