A leading company in the fintech sector is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for Events to enhance brand awareness and support various event programs. This role includes coordinating event logistics, managing promotional merchandise, and handling vendor communications within a hybrid work model. You will help execute marketing projects and event programs that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement and support our goals. You will coordinate event logistics, manage promotional merchandise orders, handle vendor communications, coordinate community engagement opportunities, and support administrative tasks to ensure seamless project delivery. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
Location: You will be based in our Toronto office and will work in a Hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to Manager, Corporate Events & Sponsorships.
