Job summary

IKEA in Toronto, Ontario is seeking an Entrance & Play Co-worker to warmly welcome families, guide guests to the play areas, and help create a joyful, safe environment for children.

You will engage customers across channels, contribute to service KPIs, and support coworkers to encourage return visits while enjoying a comprehensive Total Rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent meeting with the customer across all customer assignments, including entrance and play areas.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and confident manner to create a rewarding customer experience.
• Contribute and achieve operational KPIs and goals to maintain customer loyalty.
• Lead yourself to continuously develop your knowledge and skills within the area of customer service.
• Support relevant stakeholders to ensure customers visit IKEA again and provide right preconditions to enable children to stay engaged with the play areas.
