Job summary

Oxford Learning Erin Mills is seeking a part-time French teacher/tutor to support Grade 9–12 level students in a small-group setting. The role requires teaching sessions in French, in-person at our Erin Mills location, and dependable attendance after school and on Saturdays.

Class sizes are capped at three students, and the team provides all curriculum and lesson material. A strong background in French and English is essential, along with the ability to commute to Mississauga.

Qualifications

• Strong background in spoken and written French and English.
• Comfortable teaching up to Grade 9; Grade 12 preferred.
• Vulnerable sector screening is mandatory.
• Must be able to commute to Mississauga Erin Mills; in-person position.

Responsibilities

• Teaching up to 3 students at a time.
• Teaching online and in-person.
• Following the Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies.
• Filling in post-lesson notes.
• Completing daily student communication updates.
• Maintaining a friendly and professional manner.
