Job summary

SE Health is seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise Value Delivery to own a complex cross-divisional program and deliver measurable business value. You will orchestrate multiple project teams, manage the program budget, benefits case, and integrated master plan while interfacing with the executive sponsor and steering committee.

You will guide Business Analysts, promote delivery standards, and ensure decisions are communicated clearly.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
Must be based in Ontario and able to attend meetings at SE Health Markham office as needed.
10-12 years of progressive experience in program delivery or leadership.
5-7 years leading large-scale, multi-divisional programs with multiple stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in the Canadian healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the integrated program master plan, including the critical path and cross-divisional sequencing.
Lead governance cadence with decision-ready reporting and executive updates.
Manage program scope, budget, and benefits tracking to ensure value realization.
Identify and mitigate program-level risks and dependencies across workstreams.
