Job summary

Myticas Consulting in Toronto is seeking an experienced Project Leader/Business Analyst to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple client programs. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects/programs, owning scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and successful client outcomes.
• Serve as the primary client-facing leader, building trusted executive relationships through exceptional communication and proactive stakeholder management.
• Drive project execution across Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Act as a hands-on Business Analyst and Scrum Master when required, leading requirements discovery, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery facilitation.
• Proactively identify project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges, developing mitigation strategies before issues impact clients.
• Balance executive-level communication with the ability to drill into detailed business requirements and uncover true business needs beyond stated requests.
• Lead project governance, financial tracking, status reporting, KPIs, resource planning, and executive reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams, SMEs, and pre-sales teams to support project scoping, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Change Requests.
• Leverage modern AI productivity tools to improve project planning, reporting, meeting documentation, and delivery efficiency.
• Demonstrated success managing enterprise software implementation projects within eCommerce, PIM, MDM, Supply Chain, Product Data, or Digital Transformation environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar project management and Agile delivery tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining calm under pressure and confidently navigating complex client conversations.
• Excellent executive presentation, documentation, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a business-first mindset.
