Job summary

Bell is seeking a Program Controls Manager to establish governance connections across departments and projects for the AI Fabric initiative. You will lead interface management, risk governance, and action tracking while ensuring reliable visibility into risks, dependencies, and improvements to support predictable delivery.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in program controls, project controls, PMO, risk management, or major capital project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee interface and handover management across multiple teams and functions.
• Maintain the integrated RAID register and governance cadence for the program.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and lessons learned frameworks.
• Develop executive dashboards and governance materials for risks, actions, changes, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Change Control Board processes and cross-scope reviews.
• Support monthly program reporting and governance cycles with actionable insights.
