Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Lead, Program Governance & Enablement to drive integration execution and governance across the IMO. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, report to senior leaders, and ensure milestones, risks, issues, and actions are managed to deliver program outcomes.

You will produce executive materials, dashboards, and governance reporting, leveraging AI tools to accelerate research and content development while maintaining accuracy and clarity for leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, transformation, consulting, or governance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Strategy, Technology, or related.
• Proven experience developing executive presentations and cross-functional coordination.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with TSAs, contracts, or benefits reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex integration workstreams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Create executive-level presentations and governance materials.
• Coordinate governance processes and timelines across the integration program.
• Develop dashboards and program reporting.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled reporting.
• Manage RAID, decisions, dependencies, and actions.
