Job Summary :

NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is opening a new position within its Enterprise Hosting Department. The main objective of this entity is to define, provide, and support the production environments used by all NAVBLUE’s customers. It is divided into 4 teams : Hosting Engineering, Hosting Delivery, Hosting Operations, and Hosting Security, supporting all topics related to Solutions Hosting within NAVBLUE : from engineering to monitoring and support. NAVBLUE solutions are mainly hosted in AWS Cloud using native AWS solutions and VMware on AWS.

Job Description :

We are looking for a Team Leader for the Hosting Security Group to support team growth and structure the activity. The role requires deep understanding of cybersecurity and hosting technologies, leadership skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage activities efficiently. Responsibilities include structuring security operations, defining priorities, managing a security backlog, optimizing team organization, establishing security practices, and working as a SecOps Specialist on security monitoring, configuration management, vulnerability management, and cloud security practices.

Responsibilities :

The Hosting Security Lead will :

• Structure security activities with internal stakeholders.
• Define group priorities and report on progress.
• Manage security backlog and team organization.
• Define and review security processes and standards.
• Set operational goals and manage team performance.
• Coordinate activities with external contractors if needed.
• Lead group meetings and work as SecOps Specialist on security monitoring, configuration, patches, vulnerability management, and cloud security practices.

Education :

Academic degree in IT engineering with specialization in Cyber-Security or 7-10 years of equivalent experience.

Required Skills / Experience :

• Leadership skills : structuring activities, leading international teams, prioritizing, delegating, defending standards, and effective communication.
• Technical skills : >

5 years in Cyber-Security, experience with security monitoring, remediation, vulnerability management, scripting, AWS Security Specialty certification, knowledge of Linux / Windows, networking, root cause analysis, and proactive security practices.

• Other skills : excellent communication, trust-building, multitasking, travel ability, project management, fluency in English, French is a plus.

This role requires awareness of compliance risks and integrity commitment.
