Job Summary :

NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is opening a new position within its Enterprise Hosting Department. The main objective of this entity is to define, provide, and support the production environments used by all NAVBLUE's customers. It is divided into 4 teams : Hosting Engineering, Hosting Delivery, Hosting Operations, and Hosting Security, supporting all topics related to Solutions Hosting within NAVBLUE, from engineering to monitoring and support. NAVBLUE solutions are mainly hosted in AWS Cloud using native AWS solutions and VMware on AWS.

We are looking for a Team Leader for the Hosting Security Group to support team growth and organization. The position will lead the newly created Enterprise Hosting Security entity, focusing on resolving security issues proactively and reactively related to hosting.

Responsibilities :

• Structure security operations activities with internal stakeholders.
• Define priorities and report progress.
• Manage a security backlog and optimize team organization.
• Ensure process and standards for Hosting Security Practices.
• Define operational goals for team members.
• Manage daily team activities and follow-up.
• Contribute to contracting activities if needed.
• Lead group meetings and coordinate security monitoring and configuration management activities.
• Design and implement cloud security solutions based on governance to minimize risks.

Education & Skills :

• Degree in IT engineering with specialization in Cyber-Security or 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• Leadership skills to manage an international team of 5-10 people.
• Experience in Cyber-Security, cloud security monitoring, vulnerability management, scripting, and automation.
• AWS Security - Specialty certification required; other AWS certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows OS, networking, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French is an asset.
