Job summary

MaintainX, part of Autodesk, is a leading AI-powered maintenance and asset management platform serving 13,000+ customers. In this role, you will manage a $2M portfolio across 200+ enterprise accounts, partnering with Account Directors to drive retention, adoption and expansion.

You will engage executive stakeholders, use usage data to identify risks and growth opportunities, and design scalable success motions with automation and AI to support a large, distributed customer base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience handling enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving adoption, retention and growth.
• Strong executive presence engaging C-suite stakeholders.
• Data-driven with analytics to set priorities.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, Outreach, Gong.

Responsibilities

• Manage a $2M portfolio across 200+ enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Account Directors to drive retention, adoption, and expansion.
• Serve as a credible point of contact for executive stakeholders.
• Leverage health signals and lifecycle insights to identify risk and growth opportunities.
• Design scalable success motions like onboarding journeys and webinars.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Product, Marketing, and Support to align on strategy.
• Experiment with automation and AI to scale engagement.
• Analyze engagement metrics to refine programs and outcomes.
