Spaulding Ridge is seeking a CLM EngagementLead to join our Legal Operations team in North America. You will lead delivery across complex client engagements, strengthen long-term enterprise relationships, and uncover new opportunities across functions, business units, and regions.

You will serve as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring they maximize value from CLM solutions while guiding internal teams toward successful, high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an engagement lead, project manager, or client relationship manager in technology or professional services.
• Ability to shape client outcomes based on business needs.
• Familiarity with CLM platforms such as DocuSign, Ironclad, Agiloft.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of major enterprise clients.
• Develop understanding of client processes and requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
• Expand relationships by identifying and proposing value add opportunities.
• Advise clients on CLM and best practices, optimizing process alignment and adoption.
• Lead multi-disciplinary internal teams and manage resources.
• Ensure timely delivery of products, services, and milestones.
• Bridge communication between clients and internal teams for alignment and transparency.
• Address client issues and manage escalations.
• Partner with Sales and Accounts to identify new engagement opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver regular status updates and forecasts using key metrics.
