Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a CLM Administrator to own daily configuration, governance, and user enablement of the enterprise CLM platform across Business Units, Legal, Finance, and IT. The role is based in multiple offices with flexible hours and a hybrid work arrangement.

The incumbent will lead end-to-end CLM operations, support NDAs and MSAs, ensure data quality and audit readiness, and drive AI-enabled improvements in document handling and clause classification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Legal Operations, Business Administration, Information Systems, or closely related field.
• 4+ years of professional CLM/CRM system experience, contract management, or legal operations.

Responsibilities

• Administer CLM system daily, including health, low-code configurations, user access, and security.
• Design and optimize complex routing loops and automated clause thresholds.
• Collaborate with IT and platform teams to integrate CLM with ERP systems.
