Job summary

Workday is seeking a Recruiting, Talent and Learning Enterprise Applications Analyst to drive the implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday’s recruiting, talent, and learning solutions across the company. You’ll partner with business teams to translate requirements, configure the system, and test new capabilities while delivering day-to-day support.

This role offers a flexible, hybrid work model with about half of time in the Pleasanton office and opportunities to influence enterprise

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT implementation, software consulting, or customer support.
• 3+ years of experience implementing or supporting Workday Recruiting, Talent and Learning products.
• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or project planning.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of Workday's Recruiting, Talent and Learning solutions internally.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, configure and test the Workday solution, and provide day-to-day systems support.
