The role requires deep Workday Recruiting and Acquire expertise, with extensive business analysis experience in large enterprises and strong stakeholder communication. Flexible, dynamic environment with collaboration across product owners and BSAs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analysis in financial or large enterprise environments.
• 2+ years hands-on Workday configuration (no coding required).
• 1+ year of Workday Recruiting experience.
• 2+ years working in Agile environments using Jira.
• Familiarity with Workday Acquire/Talent and AI models integrated in Workday.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting and Acquire modules based on finalized requirements.
• Participate in design sessions with product owners to translate business needs into configurations.
• Demonstrate Workday features to stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Analyze automated processes and support decisions by reviewing system setups.
• Break down work into stories in Jira and manage capacity in an agile environment.

Are you an experienced Workday Business Application Analyst seeking your next opportunity?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst/Workday Configuration/HCMwith extensive expertise in Workday Recruiting and Acquire/Talent modules. In this long-term contract position, you will support configuration tasks, assist in business process automation, and collaborate closely with product owners and business systems analysts to enhance talent acquisition processes. Responsibilities

• Configure Workday Recruiting and Acquire modules based on finalized requirements
• Participate in design sessions with product owners to understand and translate business needs into configurations
• Demonstrate Workday features and configurations to stakeholders to facilitate understanding and adoption
• Analyze automated processes and support business decisions by reviewing system setups and automation flows
• Break down work into stories and tasks within Jira, track progress, and manage capacity in an agile environment
• Collaborate with business systems analysts to refine documentation and ensure alignment with project requirements
• Address inquiries related to AI models within Workday Recruit, providing clarity on functionality

Desired Skill-Set

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on financial or large enterprise environments
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday configuration (no coding required)
• 1+ year of experience specifically with Workday Recruiting
• 2+ years working within Agile environments using Jira for task management
