Job summary

STAN AI, North York, Ontario, Canada, is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own the technical health of deployments end to end. You will troubleshoot AI behavior, refine prompts, analyze data, and work with engineering to fix issues, then clearly explain outcomes to customers.

You will sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, communicating effectively with executives and technical stakeholders alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS, ideally in professional services, technical account management, or solutions engineering.
• Strong understanding of prompts, context, and model behavior; systematic troubleshooting.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, logs, SQL, and Python scripting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, on calls and follow-through.
• Troubleshoot conversational AI behavior via prompt engineering and system prompts.
• Review conversation logs to identify failure patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot back-office automations and workflows.
• Support integrations between STAN and customer PMS/enterprise apps.
• Run data analysis on conversation outcomes and report insights to customers and teams.
• Explain complex technical situations to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Translate feedback into structured product input for engineering.
