Job summary

STAN AI in North York, Ontario, is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own the technical health of deployments end-to-end. You will diagnose AI behavior, refine prompts, analyze data, and collaborate with engineering to implement fixes.

You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success, troubleshooting technically while communicating clearly with stakeholders and guiding enterprise relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in SaaS or related professional services roles.
• Strong understanding of prompts, context, and model behavior.
• Experience troubleshooting backend integrations and data flows.
• Excellent client-facing communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for a portfolio of enterprise accounts.
• Troubleshoot AI behavior via prompt engineering and system prompts.
• Review logs to identify failure patterns and improvement opportunities.
• Configure and monitor back-office automations and integrated workflows.
• Support API integrations between STAN and customer PMS or enterprise apps.
• Analyze conversation outcomes and present clear, decision-ready reports.
