Job summary

Accenture in Mississauga is seeking an AI Native Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI workflows within enterprise environments. You will embed with clients as a technologist and trusted advisor, building robust, secure solutions that scale across complex infrastructure.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, prototype rapidly, and integrate multi-provider AI platforms. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience with cloud-native systems.
• Minimum of 1 year designing and deploying agentic solutions in production.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with modern AI platforms (OpenAI/Claude/Vertex).
• Minimum of 3 years of Python/Java/Springboot for 12-factor apps and IaC.
• Minimum of 3 years of Angular/React experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of client-facing communication and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration and observability.
• AI Platform Integration: abstractions across AI providers for seamless pipelines.
• Cloud-Native Engineering: containers, microservices, serverless, CI/CD, observability.
• Domain-Specific Workflows across finance, healthcare, retail, etc.
• Client Engagement: design workshops, POCs, and collaborative sessions.
• Measure & Improve: monitor agent accuracy, latency, safety, and cost.
• Knowledge Sharing: create reusable patterns and docs for reuse.
