Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI/ML Architect to design, build, and operationalize AI agents, data pipelines, and ML solutions for regulated enterprise environments. You will create agentic systems with retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, and lifecycle observability in a hybrid Mississauga/Montreal role.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years designing scaled Agentic AI, experience with OpenAI/Claude/Vertex AI and MLOps practices, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
• 2 years’ design/implementation experience in scaled Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions.
• 2 years’ experience with Agentic AI platforms and frameworks used by multiple AI solutions.
• 2 years’ experience with AI on at least one major public cloud and cloud-native AI services.
• 2 years’ hands-on experience with AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, open source).
• English proficiency to interact with multilingual stakeholders across North America.

Responsibilities

• Design AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
• Build LLM and agentic systems with function-calling and production orchestration.
• Implement RAG patterns with vector databases and optimize embeddings for retrieval quality.
• Train/deploy ML models via PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLflow, SageMaker, Azure ML, or Kubeflow.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs and CI/CD on major cloud providers.
• Operate MLOps/LLMOps across the ML/LLM lifecycle.
