Job summary

Outlier is seeking English-speaking contributors to train AI models by evaluating live conversations and outputs. This remote freelance role offers flexible hours and requires clear written explanations and meticulous attention to detail.

You will rate AI voices, images, and videos for naturalness and usefulness, compare prompts, and provide concise, evidence-based feedback in English. Prior QA or data-review experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and patient, careful listening.
• Comfortable speaking in natural, conversational English.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations.
• Able to decide clearly when options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI models and rank nat u r alness, usefulness and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely, including zooming and replaying, to spot problems like distortions or misalignment.
• Provide written explanations in English that point to what you saw or heard.
