(Permanent Full Time – Existing Position)
The Town of Wasaga Beach is seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to perform the full-time duties and responsibilities of the Engineering Technician.
Reporting to the Manager of Engineering Services, this position will provide technical assistance in the preparation of town standards and policies, maintain municipal asset management inventory systems including streetlighting equipment and roadway signage, review and comment/approve Infill Lot Grading and Drainage Plans, utility Municipal Consent applications, as well as Road Occupation Permit applications. The role also involves traffic data collection and reporting, responding to general inquiries, providing computer-assisted drafting/mapping services, surveying, inspection, and reporting.
$42.95 - $50.24 (35 hours/week)
