Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Engineering Technician, you will be a key member of our manufacturing operations team. Your role involves developing, implementing, and refining production processes to improve productivity and product quality. You will collaborate closely with engineers and operators to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that promote operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, installing, and optimizing manufacturing systems and processes.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues to minimize downtime.
• Collect and analyze data related to production metrics and performance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Support new product launches by establishing detailed manufacturing procedures.
• Conduct experiments and collaborate with suppliers to improve tooling and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Accurately document processes, improvements, and equipment maintenance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to share best practices and knowledge.
• Train production staff on new processes and operational standards.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
