Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies in Regina, Saskatchewan is seeking an Engineering Team Lead - Tillage to guide the design, project planning and estimation activities for our tillage platform. You will lead and mentor a high-caliber design team, drive technical excellence, and work with field support and business development to improve cost, quality and feature offerings. Travel to field sites may be required.

Qualifications

• PE designation or eligible.
• 5+ years in a related field.
• Experience in design and utilization of design tools.
• Proven track record in project management and leading technical staff.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality projects to internal customers as the engineering head of tillage platform.
• Mentor, retain and develop the design staff to meet objectives.
• Identify and mitigate technical and business risks in engineering design.
• Develop design concepts and directions for long-term profitability of the platform.
• Collaborate with field support and business development to improve cost, quality, and features; travel for field research as needed.
