Job summary

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a Corporate Product Manager - Tractor Technology for Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia. This role leads strategy across tractor market segments and supports the sales team while collaborating with the Director of Sales – Production & Precision to advance our tractor equipment initiative.

You will build knowledge of the tractor market, manage key accounts, and work to strengthen Brandt's relationships with John Deere within a growing, customer-driven

Qualifications

• 3-5 years sales industry experience is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain passport and travel internationally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team on customer calls
• Work with the Director of Sales – Production & Precision, Mid Class Agriculture to develop and execute a tractor equipment strategy
• Work with agriculture sales team to understand tractor market segments
• Develop strong relationships with John Deere
• Be part of the Tractor Products Division management team
• Support the sales team in making direct calls on key accounts
• Generate sales, build relationships, identify market trends
• Provide demo support to the sales team
• Identify customer needs and industry trends
• Assist in customer training
