• Participating in project meetings.
• Updating deficiency logs and issuing warranties.
• Taking and coordinating progress photos; updating field drawings.
• Producing as-built drawings.
• Performing quantity takeoffs and coordinating sub-trade work.
• Verifying site conditions and coordinating with drawings.
• Layout site lines and grades using total station.
• Obtaining scheduling information from sub-trades and updating project schedules.

We are seeking an Engineering Student, for ourToronto District, within our Canadian Buildings Division that are available for3 months starting October 2026. This position will be based at our Rogers Centre project in Toronto.

As anEngineering Studentand depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities

• Coordinating drawings,work specific scope / trades,trade quote reviews – verify material quantities, verify hours, verify rates, deficiency walks etc
• Participating in project meetings,
• Inputting / Updating deficiency logs and issuing warranties
• Taking / Coordinating progress photos, and updating field drawings
• Producing as-built drawings
• Performing quantity takeoffs, coordinatingand supervising sub-trade work and
• Verifying site conditions and coordinating with drawings
• Layout site lines and grades using total station
• Obtaining scheduling information from sub-trades and updating project schedules

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a strong desire to work in a construction environment and prior field construction experience will be considered an asset.
• Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, spreadsheet applications and drafting.

The estimated hourly range for this role is $21.37- $31.33, based on your experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be confirmed as part of a personalized offer.
