Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
• Strong Lean, process improvement and project leadership.
• Knowledge of GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering and plant projects from concept to execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and adhere to timelines.
• Drive process improvements and plant optimization using Lean principles.
• Oversee design, layout, and equipment upgrades.
• Track risks, issues, and project performance metrics.
