Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Montréal, QC is looking for a Team Lead, Engineering Management to lead a team of about 20 Engineering Managers across a diverse project portfolio. You will promote excellence in engineering management practices, support team development, and ensure governance and delivery standards are consistently applied.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• P.Eng. designation or equivalent preferred.
• PMP certification or equivalent credentials are considered an asset.
• Minimum 15 years of engineering, project delivery, or engineering management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and developing technical professionals.
• Bilingual (English/French) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, mentorship, and guidance to Engineering Managers.
• Promote consistent application of engineering management processes, procedures, tools, and standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and resource development activities.
• Monitor governance, quality processes, and project delivery standards.
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance the Engineering Management practice and overall project delivery capability.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline

P.Eng. designation or equivalent
