Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Canada Inc. seeks a seasoned mechanical engineering leader to transform the Canadian mechanical team, drive standardization, and foster operational excellence on major projects.

The role focuses on developing an innovation roadmap, integrating BIM solutions, mentoring engineers, and expanding our service offerings across Transportation, Energy and Infrastructure. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, with English proficiency required and French an asset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Member of the provincial engineering association.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in complex mechanical projects.
• Leadership, strategic vision, and ability to influence.
• Proficiency in English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead standardization of mechanical practices across Canada.
• Drive operational excellence and strategic market development.
• Develop an innovation roadmap integrating BIM and tech solutions.
• Mentor engineers and technicians; promote knowledge sharing.
• Represent AtkinsRéalis at events and liaise with BIM leadership.
