AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Team Lead for our Western Canadian Electrical Engineering group in Vancouver. You will oversee project teams, provide technical leadership, and drive design, development and construction administration of electrical systems for diverse clients.

The role emphasizes mentorship, client engagement, and business development, with responsibilities in proposals and process improvements. A P.Eng and 12+ years of Electrical Engineering experience are preferred, with willingness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and P.Eng with provincial association.
• Minimum 12 years of Electrical Engineering consulting experience.
• At least 3 years managing/coordinating technical teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally within Canada.
• AutoCAD or Revit experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resources for project teams and mentor staff.
• Lead design, development and construction administration of projects.
• Support business development, proposals, and client relations.
• Ensure QA/QC of deliverables and coordinate with contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.
